I began working in the fields of addiction, trauma, and mental health in 2008. Since then, I have gained experience in private practice, inpatient psychiatric care, and residential addiction treatment settings, working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

My greatest passion is helping individuals heal from trauma. Because of this passion, I have pursued extensive specialized training in evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to support clients in meaningful and lasting healing. My training includes Collaborative Problem Solving, SMART Recovery, Positive Recovery, and Child Parent Relationship Training. I am also trained in trauma-focused modalities including Post-Induction Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). In addition, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional – Level II. I believe deeply in the human capacity for healing and change.

My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative, and safe therapeutic space where clients can move from surviving to thriving, from hopelessness to recovery, and toward a renewed sense of wholeness and connection. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they discover their resilience, growth, and healing.
