I am passionate about supporting, educating, and guiding those who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, spiritual confusion or relationship turmoil. I am a relational therapist which means that I believe that the quality of our relationships directly impacts the quality of our lives. Whether it is in individual, couple, or family counseling, I strive to care for and assist clients as they create relationships that are joyful, peaceful, and rewarding. Using humor in session is one of my favorite therapy tools as I believe that laughter can be quite healing. I understand that coming to counseling can be a daunting experience so I work to create a warm and safe environment in which clients feel comfortable sharing intimate details of their lives. I received a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from St. Edward’s University.
